Prime Minister Lee just gave the speech on 5th, March for the Central Government Report,  pointing out to implement larger-scale tax cuts, focusing primarily on reducing tax burdens in manufacturing, from the current rate of 16 percent to 13 percent. Meanwhile, pollution prevention and control are also put on the agenda, aiming at enhancing ecological improvent, and making big advances in green development. 

These will undoutfully affect the steel market, forcing the limited production of the raw materials in state-owned steel mills and the rising price due to the change of tax rate， especially the galvanized steel products.
